Stuart Elliott's Floe is an installation that instigates a visual conversation about choices and their consequences, from the immediate to those so distant as to be effectively unknowable. Although there is an overarching sense of barely contained chaos, the placing of the components is also intended to appear controlled, to present a kind of order, a logic even.
